Once alignment is complete, we polish your enamel and fit custom removable retainers or a discreet fixed wire.
Brush after meals and use interdental brushes or a water flosser to clean around attachments or under wires.
Wear clear aligners 20–22 hours a day, removing them only to eat, drink anything other than water, brush and floss.
With braces or Cfast™, avoid hard, crunchy or sticky foods that could dislodge a bracket or bend a wire.
Yes. For most mild, moderate and complex alignment cases, modern clear aligners (including Spark™, ClearCorrect™ and Angel Aligners) are as effective as traditional braces. Dr Karn will confirm whether clear aligners are right for your bite goals.

We recommend an initial orthodontic assessment around ages 9 or 10, so we can provide interceptive care that may simplify or even avoid braces in the teenage years.
Costs depend on the complexity of your case and whether you choose clear aligners, Cfast™ or fixed braces. During your initial $199 New Patient Assessment, we provide a fully transparent, itemised treatment plan. Private health fund rebates (HICAPS) are processed on site, and flexible interest-free payment options (Afterpay, Zip and DentiCare) are available.
